The lasagna with simple tomato is a rich and tasty first course, with simple ingredients.
The recipe for making it is easy and fast.
Ingredients for 4 people
250 g of sheet lasagna esSenza Glutine
750 ml of tomato
200 ml of béchamel
400 g mozzarella
5 g basil leaves
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
200 g of parmigiano reggiano cheese
First prepare a quick sauce with tomato, basil, onion, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Cut the mozzarella. Blanch the sheets of lasagna to speed up cooking in the oven. Add the béchamel in the sauce.
Put some sauce in a pan and place a layer of blanched lasagna on top.
Add the Parmigiano cheese, the mozzarella and a little sauce. Switch to the second layer.
Repeat the same steps until you finish the sheets and on the last layer add the Parmigiano and the sauce.
Turn on the oven at 200 °C and when it has reached the temperature bake the lasagna making it cook at 180 °C for 30 minutes. The lasagna will be ready when a light golden crust has formed on the surface. Take the lasagna out of the oven and let it cool before taking it to the table to enjoy it.
